The Brasserie restaurant
is located right next to the conference
center. Fully air-conditioned, the restaurant
serves authentic cuisine made in time-honored
fashion, using typical ingredients from
the Tuscan and Bolognese culinary traditions.
The restaurant, shown in the
photo to the side, can accommodate up
to 120 covers and can guarantee both lunch
and dinner service for corporate events,
meeting, conferences, training course,
ecc.
We invite you to visit the section entitled
‘Regional
Specialities’, where we have
listed some of the culinary specialties
from the regions of Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna
that we can offer you. The section entitled
‘Game’ is devoted to the dishes
we make using highly-prized meat from
the nearby game reserve.
