We are delighted that we

dishes from the Bolognese Apennine area
and the region of Tuscany. The neighboring
Roncogrino farm supplies all of our game
and woodland ingredients, and –
using only time-honored culinary techniques
– we turn these first-rate ingredients
into cuisine of the highest standards.
We receive our supplies of delectable
Tuscan delicacies direct from the Ciliegiola
farm, situated in rural Tuscany not far
from the towns of Montecatini Terme and
Pescia. We use the extra-virgin olive
oil and sumptuous red and white wines
we also source from the Tuscan farm to
add the final touch of class to our dining
services.
Even the fresh fruit and jams we offer
come from uncontaminated sources. We use
pineapple guava, strawberry trees, passion
flowers, service trees, medlar trees,
fig trees, sour cherry trees, walnut trees,
almond trees and hazelnut trees that grow
naturally on our estate to offer you a
wealth of fresh produce.

for you before, during and after your
